Recipe Lasagne/Spaghetti
Ingredients

Tomato sauce (basic):
1 Red onion – cut into thin, half rings 1 Shallot – cut into thin, half rings
3 Cloves of garlic – cut into thin slices
½ Red pepper – cut into thin rings
→ Fruiting
1 pointed pepper – cut in half rings
→ Baking
400 g Roma tomatoes – cut into half slices
250 g of romances – cut into quarters
8 Sun dried tomatoes cut into strips
8 leaves of fresh basil
→ Puree with a blender
100 g Arrabbiata pesto
1 small can of tomato paste
2 tsp Sambal Brandal
110 g Pesto
Ginger syrup, Ketjap Manis, Sweet-Chili sauce to taste

Meatball spaghetti:
500 g Mixed minced meat
Pepper salt
1 Red onion – shredded
2 Garlic cloves – chopped
3 tsp Pesto
1 tsp Sambal manis
→ mix and make balls of the desired size
→ Cook until browned and then cook
→ Add to tomato sauce
→ Cook pasta of choice

Minced meat lasagna:
500 g Mixed minced meat
Pepper salt
½ Red pepper – shredded
1 Red onion – shredded
2 Garlic cloves – chopped
1 Green pepper – chopped
→ Sauté red pepper, garlic and onion
→ Add green pepper and fry briefly
→ Sprinkle pepper and salt over minced meat
→ Add the minced meat and stir until done
→ Add to the tomato sauce

Bechamel:
50 g (Cream) Butter
→ Let it melt slowly over low heat, do not let it brown!
1 Small sieve flour (approx.) 100 g
→ Stir in the butter with a ladle until it becomes a paste (ball)
→ Let it cook on very low heat until cooked (sandy)
500 ml Milk
→ Add milk little by little while stirring with a whisk
→ Add nutmeg, salt and pepper Add 100 g Parmesan cheese (finely ground) and stir well until desired thickness

Lasagne:
Grease baking dish with butter
Layer tomato sauce with minced meat (or without)
Lasagna sheets or thinly sliced aubergine / zucchini bechamel
Again a low tomato sauce Again a layer of lasagna sheets or thinly sliced aubergine / zucchini
Again a layer of béchamel sauce A final layer of tomato sauce
Spread thinly sliced mozzarella cheese in this
Place some basil leaves or garnish of your choice (see variations below)

For garnish:
1 ball of Mozzarella
Basil leaves
Grated cheese of your choice

Variations:
Olives (black, Kalamata or green)
Sun dried tomatoes
Tomatoes
Feta
Slices of eggplant / zucchini / bell pepper / chili
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for approximately 35 minutes
